I'm thinking of investing in Noida Extension. Logix Group ke projects kaise hain? Sector 3 mein bhi kuch options dekh raha hoon. Kya return milega? Any experience with Logix? Under-construction lena chahiye ya ready-to-move? What do you think, guys? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it a good time to buy?

1.5 years is a lot! I'm worried about delays. Maybe ready-to-move is better then.
Compare Logix with other builders in the area like Gaurs, Supertech etc. Get multiple opinions.
Don't forget to factor in registry charges and other hidden costs.
Location is key. Connectivity to Delhi and other areas is crucial.
U1, delay was around 1.5 years. Rent is around 18k for a 2BHK.
Definitely check the carpet area vs super area. Builders can be tricky.
