Loha Mandi Saturday visit: What I wasn't expecting

Did a site visit to Loha Mandi on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, man. I know what builders don't tell you. The vibe felt okay during the day, but how's daily life there really? Especially evenings. Is it safe for families, or women alone? And what about basic infra like water, power? Heard about some issues there. Not sure if it's overblown or a real problem. Looking at a 2BHK around ₹65L. Any honest, off-the-record experiences would be super helpful. Anyone else have similar insights on Loha Mandi?
