Lohegaon property prices are absurd given the infrastructure.

₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Lohegaon seems high, even with airport proximity. I work in real estate, but for my own buy, I'm honestly not sure. Builder claims of future infra are one thing, par abhi ka water supply issue aur traffic ka kya? Is this price justified, ya it's just hype? Kya negotiation possible hai?

Totally agree! Lohegaon has so many issues. ₹85L is just too much for that area. Builder sirf promises dete hain.

Haan bhai, Lohegaon ka pura scene hi aisa hai. Builders show you dreams, but ground reality is something else. Humare jaise first-time buyers ka toh budget hi hil jaata hai.
