Lohia Nagar – been researching properties there, especially VXL Realtors ke kuch projects. Honestly, Ghaziabad mein prices are just going crazy. I'm trying to spot underpriced assets for investment. Secondary market mein better deals mil sakte hain kya? Resale flats mein negotiation ka scope kitna hota hai, especially compared to new projects? Ya builders se direct deal karna better hai?
