Okay I'll say what no one says. Aarvanss Royal Paradise ka paper pe ROI sabko dikhta hai, but real resale market ka kya? I'm based in Dubai, site visit possible nahi. Is this project just investor-heavy, matlab ghost society risk? Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Change my mind.
