New Launch Projects — this Delhi corridor keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Meri requirement ek 2BHK ki hai, budget ₹80L se 1.5Cr ke aas paas. I'm seeing two main types of options: ek compact 900 sqft unit, great connectivity, metro ke bilkul paas. Dusra, thoda outskirt mein hai, but 1100 sqft aur top-notch amenities mil rahi hain. Honestly, not sure. My gut says connectivity for long-term ROI, but that extra space is tempting, yaar. What do you all think? Which one makes more sense for appreciation and resale value in 5 years?

Bhai, connectivity toh pakka priority honi chahiye. Delhi mein traffic ka haal dekh rahe ho? Outskirts mein reh kar daily commute ka kya karoge? Kaunsa builder hai yeh? Kahin Aarone Group toh nahi?
