Been looking at Sector 60 in Greater Noida for a few weeks now. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK wahan. Already have a home loan so don't wanna make a wrong move. Metro connectivity ka kya scene hai wahan? Aqua Line se daily office commute towards Delhi side kitna feasible hai? Like, last-mile connectivity achi hai ya auto/rickshaw ka jhanjhat rehta hai? Aur resale market wahan ka kaisa hai? Agar 3-5 saal baad sell karna pade, easily bik jaati hai property ya kaafi time lagta hai? Kya ROI expect kar sakte hain? Any real experiences with selling a flat in Sector 60? Is the price jump worth it for long term?

Bhai, Sector 60 ka price jump is no joke. I also looked there but found it too steep for a first-time upgrade. Resale mein utna ROI milta hai kya, that's the real question. Connectivity theek hai but last mile is always an issue in these developing sectors, especially if you're relying on the Aqua Line.
