Third property? Wow, that's impressive! As a first-timer, I'm just trying to understand if even one is possible. The Posch sounds tempting with immediate rental, but 2.4 Cr minimum is a huge amount for me. NBR Soul of the Seasons ka UC risk sunke hi darr lagta hai.
