Altus Ecoglades — seriously considering this project for an investment. I'm based in Dubai, so getting ground-level info is tough for me. My main concern is how practical things like parking allocation actually work there. Is it still a lottery system, or do residents get dedicated spots? For attracting good tenants and future resale, I feel reserved parking is a must. Also, power backup – is it full flat or just common areas? That significantly impacts tenant satisfaction and my potential ROI. Does anyone have first-hand experience with these aspects? Does poor parking really hurt your rental yield or resale value in Chandigarh over time?
