Bhai, same doubt! Main bhi Aero View Heights dekh raha tha. ₹2.2 Cr se shuru ho raha hai aur agar parking lottery mein nikli toh bahut risk hai. Investment ke liye toh bilkul nahi. Ye builders parking ke naam pe bahut ghumaate hain.
