Just moved into Lotus Apartment three months ago, and honestly, the possession process was a nightmare. The brochure promised a state-of-the-art clubhouse and a ready-to-use swimming pool, but both are still nowhere near completion. Yet, we're being charged full maintenance, nearly ₹6500 for a 2BHK, for amenities we can't even use. It feels totally misleading. Has anyone else experienced this with Lotus? What did you do about these incomplete facilities and hefty charges?

Oh god, this is my biggest fear as a first-time buyer. Lotus Apartment ka RERA registration status kya hai? Kya ye delays RERA ke under covered nahi hote? Agar covered hain, toh complain kyun nahi karte sab log?
Bhai, you're not alone! Mere saath bhi same hua hai. Ye builders sab aise hi karte hain, brochure mein kuch aur, reality mein kuch aur. ₹6500 maintenance for nothing? Total scam!
