Maintenance fees are the real EMI.

Since March I've been regretting moving into DLF Capital Greens Phase 3. Possession toh mil gayi, but hidden maintenance charges and other random kharche are driving me crazy. Lotus Apartment mein bhi yeh sab total cost of ownership itna badha dete hain kya? Yaar, I thought I budgeted well. Kaash pehle se pata hota.
