₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Lotus Elise, is this a fair price? I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain. Lotus Realtech ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Aur possession pe koi hidden charges toh nahi aate? Investor perspective se, resale value theek rehti hai kya yahan?
