Is the resale market for Lotus Elise really liquid? I'm looking at it as an investment but honestly not sure about future exit options. What's the real secondary market like?

I actually visited the site last year. The units look good, no doubt, but the price range of ₹1.7 Cr – ₹4.2 Cr for 168 units feels a bit steep for the location. I spoke to a broker about potential resale, and he wasn't very confident about quick exits, especially for the higher-end units. Lagta hai investors ko exit karna mushkil hoga.
Totally agree with the price point. ₹4.2 Cr for a completed project, that too without a super strong resale history? Thoda risky lag raha hai. Especially for first-time buyers like us, who are looking for some peace of mind.
Same feeling, yaar. I almost booked a unit near Badshahpur a couple of years back, thinking it was a good deal. But then I saw how slow the resale was for a similar project there. For Lotus Elise, with 168 units, market saturated hone ka risk hai, unless the location has some unique advantage for renting out.

Exactly! RERA number hone se kya hota hai, builder ka track record bhi toh dekhna padta hai.
Haan, possession toh 2021-09-01 ka hi tha. RERA number GGM/377/109/2019/71 DATED 25.11.2019 hai. But fir bhi, resale market mein demand kitni hai, that's the real question.
Lotus Elise as an investment? Super skeptical. Resale value ka toh pata nahi, liquidity is my biggest worry.
