Bhai, Lotus Greens Arena 7 ka naam sunke thoda doubt aata hai. Jab launch hua tha tab prices theek the, par uske baad growth utni impressive nahi lagi. Mujhe bhi investment ke liye dekhna hai but builder ka track record thoda mixed reviews wala hai, especially after their other projects in Alpha II area. Kya kisi ne actual resale figures dekhe hain? I'm worried about getting stuck, especially with only 216 units and the possibility of a high investor ratio. Is the end-user base strong enough to support appreciation?
