₹14 crore for Lotus Greens Isle? Seriously? JMD Siddh Appartment looks way more realistic, even if it's older. I work in real estate but even I'm shocked. Who's actually paying that kinda money? Carpet area mein bhi toh zyada farak nahi hai. Better ROI in JMD, right? Amenities toh kaun use karta hai. Disagree? Tell me why. Maybe I'm missing something. Kisi ne recent mein kharida hai kya?

Main toh Alpha I Greater Noida mein dekh raha tha, wahan bhi thoda affordable options mil rahe hain abhi. Iss price mein toh ROI bahut slow hoga, especially with current market conditions.
