Sector 150 Noida: Better than other options?

This video on Sector-150 Noida mentions the Sports City approvals are back on track. That's good news, but I'm wondering if Lotus Greens Sports City is really the best value compared to, say, Godrej or Ace projects nearby? The video talks about connectivity upgrades too, which is a plus. Anyone have thoughts on the appreciation potential in Sector 150 vs other Noida sectors? Which project offers better ROI, considering the current prices?
