Did a site visit to Lotus Greens Square Residences last weekend. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. Around ₹1.6 Cr for a 2BHK seems doable. But for actual daily life, is it genuinely good to live in? Amenities ka kya scene hai, kitne functional hain? Aur neighbourhood mein schools, markets kitne paas hain? Community vibe kaisa hai wahan ka? Real residents, please share your experiences. Should I consider it for my first home?
M3M Jacob and Co or Lotus Greens Square Residences, which one's better for investment in Noida? What do you think about the location advantages and ROI potential of each? Has anyone experienced dealing with these builders?
Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida and I've shortlisted Lotus Greens Square Residences and M3M Jacob and Co. Lotus Greens is ready-to-move, which is a plus. M3M, I think, is still under construction. What do you think about the location of both? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? Also, what's your take on the construction quality of both builders? I've heard mixed reviews. Which one offers better amenities for the price? And most importantly, which one do you think has a better ROI in the long run? Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Mujhe advice chahiye, I'm so confused! Has anyone experienced dealing with these builders before? Which one would you recommend for investment purposes? Thanks!
