Lotus Smart City

Since last Diwali, I've been seriously checking out properties in Noida. Lotus Smart City (₹44.99 L–₹64.41 L) seems interesting on paper, but I'm really confused if it's actually good for daily living. Is it just good for photos ya real mein wahan rehna sahi hai? I'm a first-time buyer, so thoda nervous hoon. Wahan ki amenities kitni useful hain? Jaise gym, club house... are they well-maintained and actually used? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Honestly, I don't want to buy something jahan neighbours se baat hi na ho. Kya yahan ka overall daily life experience theek hai?
