Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now looking seriously at Renowned Lotus Srishti for investment in Ghaziabad. It's completed, which is good. What's the actual rental yield like there these days? I'm trying to figure out realistic monthly income. Also, how liquid is the resale market? I'm worried about potential 'ghost society' issues if it's mostly investors. Is there a decent end-user population, or mostly rental tenants? Thinking long-term ROI.

Renowned builder ka track record thoda iffy hai for some projects. And only 56 units? That's a very small society for such a big investment. Resale market might be super slow if you ever need to exit quickly. Check the maintenance charges

Totally agree on the 'ghost society' fear! Saw a similar situation in Ahinsa Khand 1, it took ages for amenities to be fully functional because of low occupancy.
Bhai, rental yield in Ghaziabad is tricky. For Lotus Srishti, I've heard around 2-2.5% is realistic, not more. Don't expect huge returns right away, especially with the current market. End-users are definitely less than investors in these types of projects.
