Is Loukya Homes Luxury Builder Floor 13 actually a solid investment for long-term ROI? I'm fed up of renting, honestly. My landlord just raised rent again and I'm finally taking the plunge into property. I'm looking at this completed project around ₹1.90 Cr. What's the real rental yield people are seeing there?
