The capital appreciation for completed projects in Ghaziabad often plateaus after a point. I'm eyeing LR Blue Moon Homes, unit around ₹90L. Is there still good upside potential for this project, ya it's mostly priced in? From my experience, resale liquidity can be a real issue if end-user demand isn't strong. Kya kisi ko actual rental yield ka idea hai wahan? I need to figure out a solid exit strategy in 5-7 years. Bahut investors toh nahi hain wahan?
