Builder is pushing construction-linked plans, but I'm wondering if a bigger down payment gives better negotiation power. Matlab, can I actually knock off more if I pay a lump sum upfront? Or is CLP safer with so much uncertainty? What's the smarter move here for an investor? Kya payment plan se real discount milta hai ya bas EMI adjust hoti hai?
