I'm honestly a bit overwhelmed looking for a new place. Kids moved out, so selling our big house for something manageable. Vohra Luxury Builder Floors 7 (₹2.75 Cr) looks decent. But what are the *actual* maintenance charges there? And daily life kaisa hai, especially for hospital access? Is this genuinely a good home, ya just on paper?
