Luxury floor quality: Is it impacting investor returns?
₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK at Paramount Luxury Floors S57, I thought it was a solid investment. But after just 4 months, I'm already seeing cracks and fitting issues. Promised amenities, especially the indoor sports complex, feels like a ghost town – not sure if anyone actually uses it. Maintenance charges are high, but the daily service quality isn't matching up. Doesn't this affect future resale value and tenant attraction? Kya sab projects ka yahi haal hai?

Bhai, this is exactly why I'm so scared to invest. ₹1.8 Cr is a huge amount, and to see issues in just 4 months? This is not 'luxury' by any standard. It directly impacts investor returns because who'd want to buy a second-hand flat with so many problems? Meri toh neend ud gayi hai sunke.
Totally agree, U1. My friend booked a flat in a so-called 'premium' project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) a couple of years
