Luxury Floors Gee Aar livability is just marketing hype
Been looking for a 3BHK upgrade for months now. Everyone hypes Luxury Floors Gee Aar in Sohna for its price, but is it genuinely livable daily? Okay, I'll say what no one says: those fancy amenities often just sit there. Are the pools and gyms actually maintained, or just for show? What about daily needs? Good schools and markets accessible, or a struggle? I'm paying a premium, need more than a glossy brochure. Is the price jump justified for actual quality of life here? Change my mind.

Totally agree with this post! Luxury Floors Gee Aar sounds good on paper, but ₹6.5 Cr for Sohna? Bhai, that's a huge premium. Are we really getting that much value for money there? My budget is tight, and this price tag just makes me nervous.
U1, you hit the nail on the head. For ₹6.5 Cr, I'd expect something on Airport Road side, or at least closer to the main city. Sohna is developing, yes, but infrastructure for daily life is
