I think Sohna is definitely the next big growth corridor, especially with the new infrastructure coming up. And only 4 units? That screams exclusivity and privacy, which is a huge plus point for genuine luxury. It's not

Absolutely agree with U2. My cousin booked a flat with Gee Aar near Baliawas a few years back. The possession got delayed by almost two years, and then there were endless issues with plumbing and finishing after moving in. He spent a fortune on repairs within the first year itself. For ₹6.5 Cr, you deserve peace of mind, not a headache.

Carpet area efficiency is usually a marketing gimmick for these 'luxury floors'. They cut corners elsewhere. You need to physically check the actual usable space, not just what's on paper. Often, the super built-up is huge, but actual living space is just okay.
Bhai, Gee Aar ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Mere ek colleague ne inke dusre project mein book kiya tha, delivery bahut late hui thi, aur quality bhi average hi nikli. Be cautious!
