Luxury Homes corridor is totally overhyped now — change my mind.

Spent the whole weekend checking out properties in the Luxury Homes corridor. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Honestly, prices seem insane there... NCR housing prices have gone up, but is it really justified for *this* segment? I feel like the 'Luxury Homes' area ka bubble ab phatne wala hai. The premium for a 3BHK doesn't match the potential ROI. Should I really stretch my home loan for this, ya koi aur undervalued pocket dekhoon? Is the price jump worth it? Change my mind.
