Chandigarh's Luxury Homes corridor — I just moved here a few months back and I'm trying to understand the market better. With all the new road projects and talk of metro, has anyone noticed a big price change along the Luxury Homes stretch? Did certain pockets benefit more than others, especially with improved airport road access? Wondering if the infrastructure impact is already baked into current prices, or if there's still significant growth potential. Should I even consider it for investment now, or is it too late?

Haan bhai, definitely! Jab se airport road ka connectivity improve hua hai, especially near New Chandigarh, prices rocket kar gaye hain. Pehle jo rates the, ab soch bhi nahi sakte. Lagta hai abhi bhi potential hai, but entry point thoda high ho gaya hai.
