Luxury Homes Faridabad: Is this price jump real?

Property prices in the Luxury Homes corridor have jumped almost 20% in the last year, right? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 15 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Already have an EMI going, so this is a big step. I've been looking at Luxury Homes projects, like some of the bigger builder floors, and the prices seem really high now. Is this premium justified, or is it just market hype? Heard some chatter about a slight correction coming, but not sure if that's wishful thinking. Should I jump in now before it goes further up, or wait a bit? What are your experiences with the ROI there? Any lesser-known facts about these areas I should consider before buying?
