Luxury Homes Ghaziabad: market is cooling off?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Ghaziabad, especially around the Luxury Homes corridor. Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally thinking of taking the plunge. But honestly, not sure about the prices in Luxury Homes. Has anyone observed how pricing has moved in the last 1-2 years there? Should I buy now or wait, thinking about EMI vs rent math. Kya lagta hai, is it worth it ya thoda hold karein?
