Honestly, I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. My EMI vs rent math ab serious ho gaya hai, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies the "Luxury Homes" corridor in Gurugram, especially projects near Golf Course Road Extension. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but daily life wahan ka asliyat kya hai? Is it really worth the insane premium for a 3BHK? Traffic, water supply, power cuts – are these real issues even for top projects by DLF or Emaar? Parking ka kya scene hai after 8 PM? I feel like the convenience factor is totally overrated for the price. Change my mind.
