Luxury Homes prices making me doubt everything

Been fed up of renting for like two years now, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies the Luxury Homes corridor in Greater Noida, but honestly, I'm not convinced these projects are worth the premium for a 3BHK in the ₹80L-1.5Cr range. Is it just inflated branding? Which projects are actually giving a good deal? Change my mind.
