Luxury Homes prices: Should I just wait?

Are Luxury Homes prices just ridiculous now? I'm in a 2BHK, want to upgrade to a 3BHK there. Prices shot up crazily last 1-2 years. Already have a home loan, but the premium feels impossible. Is it worth buying now, or should I wait this madness out? What are your thoughts?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I'm also in a 2BHK in South Delhi, eyeing a 3BHK. The prices for places in say, Anand Niketan, have just gone bonkers. Lagta hai builders ne rate card pe 'dream tax' laga diya hai. Seriously confused, should I stretch my budget now or just wait for a correction? What are people actually doing?

Totally agree with you! Prices are crazy. Mere bhi same haalat hain. Waiting seems logical, but FOMO hits hard.
