Luxury Homes ka naam sunte hi mujhe tension ho jaati hai. Bhai, inke projects mein hidden costs bahut hote hain. Mera ek dost फस गया था Anand Vihar mein, possession date toh bas ek formality hai inke liye.

Exactly U1! Anand Vihar wali baat sahi hai. My friend also faced issues with their project near Ansal Villas. They promise the moon and deliver dust. Documentation mein bhi loopholes hote hain, dhyan se check karna.
