My budget is set for Uppal Marble Arch but the brochure looks too good to be true. I'm worried about promised amenities vs. delivered reality affecting future rental yield and resale. Did anyone actually get what was advertised there?

Uppal Marble Arch toh 2016 ka project hai, tab RERA nahi tha. Builders ne jo chaaha promise kar diya. Mera friend Manimajra mein ek project mein fasa tha, swimming pool ka bas ek pit bana diya. ₹4.5 Cr se ₹5.9 Cr ki range mein, you expect world-class amenities. Check karo builder ka previous record for other projects in New Chandigarh too.
Totally agree. Maintenance is a huge issue later on. Mera dost Mullanpur Garibdass mein ek flat liya, builder ne 2 saal tak maintenance kiya, phir society ko hand over karke bhaag gaya. Ab sab khud manage kar rahe hain.
