Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Jaypee Ashok Residences. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different; I know what builders don't tell you. On paper, it looks great, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Especially with kids. Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? Swimming pools and clubs often stay underused. And the community vibe... is it friendly or more isolated? For ₹3.20 Cr+, I need more than just a fancy address.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head. Jaypee Ashok Residences looks great on brochures, but real life is different. For ₹3.2 Cr, I'd expect something truly exceptional, not just fancy fittings. My cousin almost booked a Jaypee project near Alpha I Greater Noida a few years back, but backed out after seeing the delays and quality issues in their other projects. It's a huge investment, especially with kids, you need functional spaces, not just show-off amenities. Plus, the maintenance charges on these 'luxury' projects can kill your budget.
