For that price, I'd expect massive carpet area, but sometimes it feels like just fancy common areas. Ashiana Anmol, on the other hand, seems to focus more on family-friendly amenities jo actually use hote hain. Is Adani ka builder trust factor worth the premium for less carpet area? Change my mind.

My friend booked in a similar project near Badshahpur. The super built-up area was huge, but when we saw the actual carpet area, it was a joke. Builder ne pura area
But Adani ka naam hai yaar. Brand value bhi toh hoti hai. And Lushlands ka location bhi prime hai. Maybe carpet area thoda kam ho, but overall lifestyle better hoga na? Aur 2029 possession hai, abhi time hai. Kya pata tab tak values aur badh jaayein?

Brand value tab tak hai jab tak possession time pe mile aur quality ho. Adani ke kuch projects mein delays bhi hue hain pehle. 2029 bahut dur hai, bhai. Kya guarantee hai ki time pe milega? My friend is still waiting for his flat near Baharampur Naya.
Totally agree, bhai! I saw a 3BHK in another 'luxury' project near Airport Road, Gurgaon, and the living room felt tiny. Amenities toh dikha dete hain, but ghar mein ghuske lagta hai kahaan aa gaye. Budget mein toh aise hi compromise karna padta hai, upar se carpet area bhi kam.

Sahi kaha yaar. Ashiana Anmol mein toh families ko dhyan mein rakhke design karte hain. Adani Lushlands mein 216 units hain, woh bhi itne expensive. Investment ke liye theek hai, but rehne ke liye, will it be practical for a family?
Exactly! That's my biggest concern. Iska RERA number GGM/837/569/2024/64 hai, maine check kiya. But RERA carpet area bhi toh sometimes misleading ho sakta hai if they count half balcony or something, right?
