Hey Noida folks! Ever wonder where to find a bit more *luxury* in our city? Seems like builders are betting big on it. Loads of new fancy apartments are popping up – Gulshan, Nimbus, Prateek, County, Experion... names you know, right? Apparently, thousands of new units launched just this year. Anyone checked out SAATORI, or maybe Prateek Stylome? Is this a good thing for us buyers, or will it just drive prices up even more? What do you all think?
