Luxury villas in Noida: Massively overpriced status symbols?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 16B, thinking of upgrading. Everyone glorifies villas, but honestly, is the price jump worth it? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be massive. Is DPL Builders any good for villas? Are the advertised rental yields even real? Change my mind.
