Lykehomes Avenue: Solid investment or just aspirational pricing?
My current 2BHK in Sector 57 is getting cramped, and I'm looking at Lykehomes Avenue for an upgrade to a 3BHK. I've been watching this project, and the prices seem to be around ₹90L for a good unit, but I'm honestly not sure if it's justified from an investment POV. What's the real capital appreciation like here? Has anyone seen good movement since its launch, or is it mostly flat? I'm trying to gauge if there's enough upside left for a decent ROI. Also, for those who might have rented out units there, what's the actual rental yield people are getting? I'm thinking about the long-term wealth creation, so rental income matters. The builder, Lykehomes, I don't know much about their delivery track record. Are they generally on time, or should I be worried about delays? Any insights on their past projects would be super helpful.
