M D Skyrena, Wadgaon Sheri... I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know. I'm looking at this project, but honestly, I'm worried about construction quality after a year. Matlab, cracks, seepage issues... does it kill resale value? And these fancy clubhouses, are they actually used, ya just for show? Does it really attract good tenants or justify the higher premium? Maintenance charges bhi high hote hain, but service kitni acchi milti hai? Kya value for money hai ya sirf facade? Any M D Skyrena owners or Pune residents, your off-the-record experiences would be super helpful.
