Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an investment, but M3M Altitude Mohali ko lekar thoda confused hoon. Recently mera ek aur property ka possession hua tha, aur usmein builder ne kaafi promises kiye the jo poore nahi hue. Ab M3M Altitude mein itna high ticket size hai, ₹8-10 Cr ki range mein, toh bahut careful rehna padega. Main soch raha hoon ki iska actual capital appreciation kitna expect kar sakte hain? Mohali mein itni high-end property ka resale market kaisa hai, will it be liquid enough? Aur rental yield ka kya scene hai? Koi tenant milega bhi itne rent par? M3M ka project delivery track record Mohali mein kaisa raha hai, time par dete hain ya delays hote hain? Koi real experience share karega toh accha rahega.

M3M Altitude Mohali mein construction quality aur maintenance par doubt hai. Cracks, seepage issues common hain kya? Maintenance charges high hain, service milti hai kya? I'm upgrading from 2BHK, is the premium worth it?

I'm looking at M3M Altitude for my family, and on paper it's great, but what about actual daily life? Are the amenities genuinely useful, or just for show? How's the neighborhood, especially for schools and markets? I know what builders don't tell you, so genuinely need resident insights, not builder spin.
