My current 2BHK in Sector 65 feels small now, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. M3M Antalya Hills 3 looks interesting, but I'm an investor first. Is the ₹1.5 Cr+ price tag for a villa justified? What's the real capital appreciation potential here since launch? M3M ka delivery track record kaisa hai, especially for ongoing projects? Not sure if the resale market for these high-end villas will be liquid enough later. Community ka kya opinion hai?
