M3M Cullinan possession dates: Kitna trust karein?
Came across this video about M3M The Cullinan in Noida. It's a luxury project and looks quite good, but I'm really worried about the possession timeline. Video mentions it launched June 2023. Kya M3M luxury projects ki delivery time par hoti hai? Yaar, usually luxury builds mein delays kaafi hote hain. Has anyone here invested in M3M before? What's your experience with their project timelines, especially with such premium pricing?

So for Cullinan, my advice would be to look at their past projects very carefully, not just the glossy brochures. It's a luxury project, but even luxury projects can have hiccups.

Cullinan ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ442214 hai. 374 units hain. Number of units zyada nahi hain, toh maybe delivery fast ho? Ya phir ekdum ulta ho, because luxury mein detailing time leti hai.
