Gurugram mein prices kaafi high hain, especially for M3M. 2.7 Cr to 3.9 Cr, that's a huge investment. As a first-time buyer, my budget is max 1.5 Cr. Delhi mein bhi ab under 1 Cr kuch dhang ka milta hi nahi. What are realistic expectations for a 2BHK in a decent locality in Delhi right now? Any tips?

Actually, I heard they've started possession for 500+ units. The rest might be in the final stages or for investors who aren't rushing. Pricing was also quite high, 2.7 Cr - 3.9 Cr for those units. So not everyone's budget, even in Gurugram.
U6, haan, total units 800 hain. Often builders deliver in phases. 500 pehle, baaki baad mein. Or maybe some are still pending finishing. But the main thing is, a significant chunk is done. That's what matters for buyers.

M3M ne finally deliver kar diya, that's good news for Gurugram. But Delhi ka kya scene hai? I'm looking for a 2BHK in South Delhi, maybe near Alaknanda, and builders yahan toh bas dates hi dete rehte hain. Is M3M reliable enough for Delhi projects too, ya sirf Gurugram mein hi focus hai inka?
U1, M3M Heights ka toh RERA number bhi hai, GGM/688/420/2023/32. Aur possession date bhi 2024-05-01 thi, so they seem to have hit that. I think for this specific project, they delivered. Doesn't mean all their projects are smooth, but it's a good sign for this one. But yeah, Delhi market is different.
Reliable? M3M ka track record mix hai bhai. Gurugram mein bhi delays huye hain pehle. Ye Heights project may be an exception.
