Brochures mein toh on-time delivery ka promise tha, but ab toh customer support bhi phone nahi uthaate. Har baar naya date dete hain, koi clear communication nahi hai. Pehle sales team bade daave karti thi, ab toh response hi nahi milta. Meri ₹1.8 crore ki investment stuck hai, EMI bhi jaa rahi hai. Honestly, not sure what their RERA reporting looks like. Kya baaki builders jaise DLF ya Godrej bhi aise hi karte hain? Ya unka track record better hai for delivery and post-booking support? Bohot frustrated hoon, samajh nahi aa raha kya karoon. Kisi aur ne yeh same issue face kiya hai M3M ke saath? How did you handle it, koi solution mila?

Customer support ne pehle bola tha 'COVID ki wajah se delay hai', phir 'material shortage', ab toh phone hi nahi uthate. RERA mein bhi process slow hai, but at least ek official record toh banega. Solo fight mushkil hai, group banake jaana padega.
