Just got possession for my M3M unit last month. Yaar, everyone glorifies M3M's capital appreciation, but honestly, resale demand feels weak. ₹2.33 Cr for this commercial unit seems optimistic. What's the *actual* rental yield folks are getting? Is this just a long-term hold for minimal returns? Change my mind.
