Came across this video on studio apartments today, and while it talked a lot about RWA issues for places like M3M Elie Saab in Noida, my main concern is actually the possession timeline. These big projects always seem to have delays, right? I'm looking at studios in Noida, and honestly not sure if I can trust the developer's promised dates. Has anyone here invested in M3M Elie Saab or similar projects? Did they deliver on time?

Yaar, M3M Elie Saab ka video dekha. Possession date 2032 bol rahe hain, which is like 8-9 saal away! And the price range they're quoting (14.7 Cr – 16.3 Cr for studios!) seems insane for Noida. Is M3M really known for delivering on time, especially with such a long timeline? Bohat darr lag raha hai, itna bada investment hai.
