Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking at M3M Jacob And Co in Noida, it's upcoming. Brochure looks great, but is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? What's the real neighbourhood quality like around there? Schools, hospitals, daily market access... are they convenient? And for anyone who's bought M3M before, what was your possession experience like? Did you find hidden issues? I know what builders don't always tell you, so I need real ground-level feedback. Hope this helps someone else too.
